GENERAL

STEP 1: Go to General Settings

In the main menu on the left click on Settings and then select General.

You will now see a sub menu with options:

Logo is currently not in use

Enable audience counter

Show how many people are watching the event to all participants

Cart URL

Add your cart URL. Usually done by LiSA team

Social sharing title replay

Add copy of the message should say if someone shares the replay via the social sharing button

Social sharing title show

Add copy of the message should say if someone shares the live event via the social sharing button

Show URL

Enter your subdomain or the URL from environment where the show will be hosted

Carousel item CTA event

Usually set up by LiSA team

Carousel item enabled CTA

Add copy to a produt e.g. Buy now, Details etc.

Carousel item disabled CTA

Add copy to a sold out product e.g. Sold, Sold out

Carousel item reaction icon

Change the color, transparancy and icon of the product like feature

Show reaction icon/color

Change the color, transparancy and icon of the quick reaction feature

Replay delay (in minutes)

Set up from which minute your replay should start

Countdown hint

Additional text field on top of the countdown eg. Going live in

Countdown run out hint

Once your countdown reaches zero it will be replaced with this copy

CHAT

STEP 1: Go to Chat Settings

In the main menu on the left click on Settings and then select General.

You will now see a sub menu with options:

Chat ban duration (in minutes)

Set up the how long a user will be banned in minutes

Chat lead time (in seconds)

Enable the chat feature while the countdown is still running

Anonymous self in chat

Enter the title text of the disclaimer

Enter the text of the entire chat disclaimer

Chat join hint

Enter the text of the placeholder before a viewer joins the chat

Enter the text of the placeholder after a viewer has joined the chat

Chat username hint

Enter the text of the placeholder for viewers to provide a username

New messages notification

Change the notification copy when the chat notification of new messages shows ({#} is the used for the number of messages)

New chat user

Enter the text that is shown when a new viewer joins the chat. Leave it empty to not display any message

VIEWS

In cases where no show is planned or no replay is activated or you are trying to open a show with a wrong show id, you can set up a landing page.

This works the same way as if you set up your pre-show page.

STEP 1: Go to Views Settings

In the main menu on the left click on Settings and then select General.

You will now see a sub menu with options:

You will see two tabs: Default and Not found

Default

Used when no show is set up and no replay is running

Not found

Used when the show ID is incorrect

STEP 1: Go to Footer Settings

In the main menu on the left click on Settings and then select General.

You will now see a sub menu with options:

Tracking

Here you will find a footer notice text box and the option to create links as well. Click into the box to change the notice or click on the pink plus to create a link.
