Create Banner

Besides creating products LiSA also provides you with a feature that allows you to set up banners. Banners appear in the product carousel during the live and can be clickable, too.

STEP 1: CREATE BANNER

Log into your LiSA account navigate to Engagement in the main menu on the left. Click on Engagement and select Banners

Click on the + icon in the top right corner and give your banner a name. Click Choose to create your banner

STEP 2: CHANGE INFORMATION

You are now presented with a template that needs to be filled out as well as uploading images.

Internal name	This is only visible to you but not your viewers
Action / URL	Add a URL to your banner if you want to link to an entire collection or any other page in your environment
Link behaviour*	Select what should happen if a viewer click on the banner

Ignore	Viewer clicks are ignored
Copy to clipboard	Copies the URL you added to the viewers clipboard who can then paste the link in their browser
Open in Modal	Viewer open products without leaving the event
New tab/window (PIP)	Opens the URL in a new tab/windowsIf you select this option you have an addition option and you can tick the box next to picture in picture as well to let the show follow the viewer

STEP 3: ADD IMAGES

Banners do have background images and appear on the product carousel during the show.

Banner Desktop	900x600 (recommended)
Banner Mobile*	5 to 1 ratio e.g. 1000x200

We do crop the last 2/5 on the right though depending on the device.

Therefore place all content on the first 3/5 of the mobile image if possible and no content the last 2/5 parts that can be cropped.

STEP 4: PUBLISH BANNER

Once you have filled out the template you will have to set the banner to ready to be able to add it to the show. Scroll up to the gearwheel in the top right corner and select Set status to 'Publish'
