You need to activate Transcription first. Make sure to check this article
STEP 1: Go to Live Settings
In the main menu on the left click on Settings > Live
You will see two tabs at the top, select Subtitles and turn Autotranslate on. Once turned on you can click into the selection box and tick the languages you'd like to add.
