Improved collapsed chat (Desktop)

With our new three column layout we no longer show button to collapse/expand the chat on desktop.

Chat collapse by default does not have any effect on desktop Chat collapse/expand toggle is not visible for desktop Chat no longer overlaps with video Collapsed chat shows two chat messages max, with two lines max (auto trimmed at the end as in pinned messages)
